How We Began

Beyond Altered States was born from a simple but profound truth — that there are people walking through life carrying wounds the medical system cannot name, that talk therapy alone cannot reach, and that require something older, deeper, and more sacred.

This work exists for those quiet moments when something inside you whispers that the way you have been living, coping, surviving, or carrying the weight of your experiences is no longer sustainable.

Jade Green

Jade offers a grounded yet deeply intuitive approach to healing, providing a space where people can safely explore the various layers of their experience and what holds them back, making room for clarity, release, transformation, and genuine reconnection with self.

With a natural sensitivity to emotional and energetic dynamics, Jade works with clients to gently uncover the underlying patterns, beliefs, wounds, and internal narratives that may be influencing their wellbeing, relationships, confidence, sense of purpose and ability to manifest their goals and dreams. Her work supports the release of limiting beliefs, unresolved emotional experiences, energetic blockages, and subconscious conditioning, allowing for greater awareness, balance, and personal empowerment.

As a multi-modality practitioner, Jade integrates crystal and vibrational healing, mindfulness meditation, intuitive energy work, shamanic practices, subconscious re-patterning, and principles inspired by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She specialises in ThetaHealing®, supported by extensive advanced training and a deeply integrative philosophy that honours the interconnected nature of mind, body, and spirit.
